©      Contact “Elite Designs” by email tracy@elite-designs.org.uk or by telephone 0116 230 1239 to make an appointment for us to meet and discuss your requirements.

©    You can then view sample designs to help you chose how you would like your wedding stationery to be presented.

©    A nominal fee of £10 (refunded against your order) secures my services to proceed with samples.

©    You will receive your samples by post within seven days.

©    Once you are happy with your bespoke design payment for your invitation packs will be requested before proceeding.

©    Wording and font styles will then be agreed - this is usually done via email.

©    Once these approval steps are complete your first batch of items, being the “postal” items, will be ready within ten days.

©    The final balance payment for your order, less your initial £10 design fee, falls due four weeks prior to your wedding day.

©    Your remaining items will be with you for the weekend prior to your big day.
