THE SERVICE ~ ORDERING & PAYMENT
♥ Contact “Elite Designs” by email tracy@elite-designs.org.uk or by telephone 0116 230 1239 to make an appointment for us to meet in the comfort of your own home to discuss your requirements.
♥ You will be able view sample designs to help you chose how you would like your wedding stationery to be presented.
♥ A nominal fee of £10 (refunded against your order) secures my services to proceed with samples.
♥ You will usually receive your samples by post within fourteen days of our design meeting.
♥ Once you are happy with your bespoke design a 50% payment will be requested before proceeding. This amount is non refundable as stocks for your bespoke design are purchased at this point.
♥ Wording and font styles will then be agreed - this is usually done via email.
♥ Following completion of these approval steps your ‘postal’ items will be made and ready for you by an agreed date.
♥ Your ‘on the day’ and ‘after the event’ items will be with you for the weekend prior to your big day, or for a small fee of £20 I will deliver to, set up at and collect back from your wedding venue.
♥ The final balance payment for your order, less your £10 design fee and your initial 50% payment, falls due one month prior to your wedding day.
♥ If you have hired any items, your damage / safety deposits will be refunded to you within fourteen days of undamaged return or collection.
